Lehi / Utah County

West-facing decks with shade for Lehi.

Newer construction with strong demand for west-facing shade structures.

Why Lehi chooses NLE

Lehi is one of our most active southern markets. New construction dominates. We build a lot of west-facing decks here that need shade structures for the afternoon sun.

FAQ

Questions from Lehi homeowners.

How long does the quote process take?+

Jake walks the site within 48 hours of your inquiry. He brings real numbers, not a brochure. You get a written quote within 24 hours of that visit.

Do you handle the building permit?+

Yes. We pull every permit and schedule every inspection. You don't talk to the city.

Do you work with HOAs?+

Yes. We have submitted to most major Wasatch Front HOAs and have templates on file for the most common ones (Pepperwood, Suncrest, Daybreak, Glenwild, Promontory, and others).

How long does a Trex deck last in Utah?+

A properly installed Trex deck lasts 25 to 50 years in Utah weather. The warranty backs that up. By contrast, pressure-treated wood typically needs replacement at the 10 to 15 year mark in our freeze-thaw climate.

How long does a deck take to build?+

Most decks finish in 5 to 10 working days. Larger outdoor rooms with pergolas and lighting can run 10 to 15 days.
