How do you engineer for Utah snow loads?+
Every pergola and patio cover we build gets stamped engineering specific to the elevation, snow load zone, and span. We don't use kit pergolas. They are not rated for Wasatch snow.
Do you handle the building permit?+
Yes. We pull every permit and schedule every inspection. You don't talk to the city.
Do you work with HOAs?+
Yes. We have submitted to most major Wasatch Front HOAs and have templates on file for the most common ones (Pepperwood, Suncrest, Daybreak, Glenwild, Promontory, and others).
How long does a deck take to build?+
Most decks finish in 5 to 10 working days. Larger outdoor rooms with pergolas and lighting can run 10 to 15 days.
