Custom Trex decks built for the way Utah lives outside.
Hidden fasteners. Integrated lighting. Engineered railings. Zero staining for the next ten winters.
Utah's freeze-thaw cycle eats wood decks alive. By year three you're staining. By year seven you're replacing boards. Trex composite is the answer most Wasatch Front homeowners land on once they've done it the other way. We are certified Trex Pro builders out of Cottonwood Heights. That means we get the new lines first, the hidden-fastener systems, the proprietary lighting kits, and the extended warranties most builders cannot offer.
Wash it twice a year with soap and water. That is the full maintenance schedule.
Doesn't crack, warp, splinter, or fade in our UV exposure.

Common questions about this build.
Are you certified Trex installers?+
Yes. We are Trex Pro certified, which gives us access to new lines first, the hidden-fastener systems, the proprietary lighting kits, and the extended warranties most builders cannot offer.
How long does a Trex deck last in Utah?+
A properly installed Trex deck lasts 25 to 50 years in Utah weather. The warranty backs that up. By contrast, pressure-treated wood typically needs replacement at the 10 to 15 year mark in our freeze-thaw climate.
What's the warranty on a Trex deck?+
Trex Transcend carries a 25-year limited warranty plus a 25-year fade and stain warranty. Select and Enhance both carry 25-year limited warranties. Our workmanship warranty covers the build itself.
Trex Transcend vs Select vs Enhance: which should I choose?+
Transcend is the premium line with tropical hardwood looks and the longest fade warranty. Select is the mid-tier with clean earth tones and matches most home palettes. Enhance is the entry composite that competes on price with wood while still giving you the no-maintenance benefit. Jake walks you through the choice at the site visit.
Do you handle the building permit?+
Yes. We pull every permit and schedule every inspection. You don't talk to the city.
Can you build a Trex deck over an existing concrete patio?+
Yes, often. We engineer floating substructures that sit on the concrete without anchoring. It's a popular way to update a tired concrete patio without demo costs.
"We absolutely love our new deck! Jake and his crew were so easy to work with because they are knowledgeable and professional. We started out small but decided to go big! There were no surprises and it was done in just over a week, several days before the deadline we had given them."
