Next Level Exteriors
American Fork / Utah County

Decks and pergolas for American Fork families.

Newer construction near the foothills, older builds in the city core.

Why American Fork chooses NLE

American Fork has grown fast along the foothills. Most of our work here is on newer homes that came without a real deck or with a small builder-grade structure that needs to grow. We see a lot of multi-level decks tied to walk-out basements and pergolas on west-facing patios. The Utah County permit process runs longer than Salt Lake County, so we build that into the timeline.

FAQ

Questions from American Fork homeowners.

How long does the quote process take?+

Jake walks the site within 48 hours of your inquiry. He brings real numbers, not a brochure. You get a written quote within 24 hours of that visit.

Do you handle the building permit?+

Yes. We pull every permit and schedule every inspection. You don't talk to the city.

Do you work with HOAs?+

Yes. We have submitted to most major Wasatch Front HOAs and have templates on file for the most common ones (Pepperwood, Suncrest, Daybreak, Glenwild, Promontory, and others).

How long does a Trex deck last in Utah?+

A properly installed Trex deck lasts 25 to 50 years in Utah weather. The warranty backs that up. By contrast, pressure-treated wood typically needs replacement at the 10 to 15 year mark in our freeze-thaw climate.

How long does a deck take to build?+

Most decks finish in 5 to 10 working days. Larger outdoor rooms with pergolas and lighting can run 10 to 15 days.
